Kianco Education provide
Enterprise Training Program information to assist enterprises to develop
innovative work-based training programs. These must support the
implementation of Internationally endorsed Training Packages. Where there is
no Internationally endorsed Training Package, the program will support
competency-based training initiatives.
The aim of the Enterprise
Training Program is to support the development of new approaches to work
- based training for workers. Outcomes will provide
training materials to facilitate this process. A key objective is to develop
effective resources carefully targeted at learners, trainers and assessors,
and to enable workers to achieve Internationally recognized skills.
Resource materials can address a range of delivery modes including face to
face, self-paced, distance learning and online, or a mix of all these. |
